The USCIS has published yet another new Form I-9. From now until April 30, you can use the old form or the new form. Beginning May 1, 2020, you must use the new form. Now, to make things confusing, the “new” form is dated “10/21/2019.” (On the paper form, it is noted on the bottom left-hand corner.)

To make your life easier, you might as well start using the “10/21/2019” Form I-9 today. You can download the new form and read all about it here.
