Kaylee Davis-Maddy has been invited by the Oklahoma Bar Association (OBA) to present on energy and natural resource law for September 6. She will specifically cover the basics of water ownership in Oklahoma, the purpose and jurisdiction of the Oklahoma Water Resources Board, and an introduction to permitting and use of water in Oklahoma.

Kaylee’s presentation will target general practitioners and lawyers who do not typically focus on energy and natural resource legal matters. Those attending will earn continuing education credits.
