  • Represented high net worth individual debtor in involuntary Chapter 7 case, in which creditor filed adversary action alleging debtor acted to hinder or defraud creditors.
  • Represented major creditor in Chapter 11 case, including securing critical vendor status for client.
  • Successfully helped client resist bankruptcy trustee’s preference action against client in Chapter 11 case.
  • Obtained numerous collection judgments on behalf of clients against commercial debtors and assisted clients in post-judgment collection efforts.
  • Successfully represented clients in trust litigation over control of family trust and closely held corporation owned by trust, securing for clients control over corporation.
  • Represented royalty interest owners in and oil and gas quiet title action by another royalty interest owner, obtained agreed judgment on behalf of clients securing their various royalty interests.
  • Successfully defended commercial and residential clients in construction defect cases.
  • Represented mortgagee in mortgage foreclosure case and obtained an agreed judgment pursuant to which client was awarded all damages sought, as well as attorneys’ fees and costs.
  • Represented homeowner in restrictive covenant dispute, obtained summary judgment and attorneys’ fee award on behalf of client.
