Before joining Doerner, John was senior counsel for a diversified publicly traded energy company, where he managed high-value purchase and sale agreements for acquisitions and divestitures, as well as drilling rigs, equipment and real estate matters. He drafted and negotiated other critical industry contracts, including drilling contracts, master service agreements, joint development agreements, farmouts, acreage trades, non-disclosure agreements, gas purchase/gathering agreements, surface use and mineral leases.
